Eine AI Policy schafft den Rahmen f\u00fcr den sicheren, rechtskonformen und effizienten Einsatz von KI-Systemen. Doch viele AI Policies greifen zu kurz, weil sie das falsche Problem adressieren. Doch in den meisten Anwendungsf\u00e4llen geht es gar nicht um den Schutz personenbezogener Daten im Sinne der DSGVO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es geht um <strong>IP-Schutz<\/strong> \u2013 den Schutz Ihrer Kronjuwelen: Entwicklungsdokumente, Konstruktionsdaten, Gesch\u00e4ftsgeheimnisse. Wer beim Datenschutz beginnt, setzt an der falschen Stelle an. Der Kern einer wirksamen AI Policy ist der IP-Schutz, flankiert von klaren Regeln zu Qualit\u00e4t, Transparenz und Compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gute Nachricht: Mit den sieben Bausteinen oben haben Sie eine solide Grundlage.
