Strategy
This one day workshop forms the bridge between the modules economics and IT management.
Dr. Mathias Müller will explain
- what a strategy and its elements are,
- how to derive this strategy from a vision
- how to establish processes supporting the strategy
- how an organizational structure for these processes has to look like
Not only a short summary of the economics module will be given, but also a workshop will allow the participants to train the lessons learnt.
Briefly we will discuss how the IT strategy relates to a company strategy.
