Désirée Lüttich holds master's degrees in sociology and human resource management. Convinced that employees are the key to every company's success, she is responsible for HR. With passion and engagement, she ensures that we find new specialists quickly and accurately. She also supports the onboarding of our new colleagues, enabling our team to get started quickly.
Nicole Waldraff began her career in public service, where she also trained as a business administrator. She was responsible for human resources development, occupational health management, and trainees. At the Johner Institute, she is responsible for HR management and is the point of contact for employees, managers, and the executive board. In addition, she supports the recruitment process and the onboarding of our new colleagues and ensures employee satisfaction and retention. She particularly enjoys interacting with different personalities.
